Web-View puts your entire organizations database at your fingertips. As a Windows-based client, Web-View is designed to retrieve document data from the powerful NT-based document management server.

From a button on your enterprises home page, client operators can quickly harness the speed and power of Web-View to display, print, fax or export documents at their own workstations. You decide who has access by assigning authorized user names and passwords.

First, select an application data group, a user-defined category of documents with similar archive and retrieval needs. Then, specify index keys to narrow the search as much as possible and speed the retrieval process. The system searches the archive database and displays a list of documents that meet the search specifications. Select the document to be displayed, faxed, printed or exported at the client workstation.
