The One View family of companies has a long history of excellence. Since our founding in 1973, we have been successfully offering cutting-edge data archival and retrieval, media and data duplication and conversion, and financial tools to customers throughout the world. One View is a privately owned Florida corporation, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. From our modest beginnings, One View has grown to be one of the largest data archival services in the industry today. Our long and established history gives our customers the One View advantage—a unique and unsurpassed combination of expertise and experience. Few, if any, data archival services know the industry as well as One View. We know the history of the business; we have a thorough knowledge of today’s technology and capabilities; and we employ truly cutting-edge technology to service our customers.

One View, Inc. is located in Indianapolis, IN, in the heart of a region that is home to numerous technology companies. Within our 11,000-square-foot facility reside One View’s software development, custom data integration, customer support, quality assurance and sales and marketing groups. Also located within our facility are laboratories for evaluating, testing and qualifying new hardware devices, a CD-ROM laboratory, a production service center, and an ultra-secure customer data repository.

At One View, we know how important security is in regards to data management. We have taken thorough measures to assure the security and backup of your data while it is at our facility. In addition to maintaining backup copies of all programs and customer data in an on-site vault, One View also keeps an additional copy of your information in an off-site bank vault. One of our main goals is to provide constant backup availability for all customer data.
